Managing University Life
Papers are printed, and they are relegated to a large folder on my desk, a folder that grows from week to week. Files are downloaded, these are placed into additional folders on my desktop; labelled To Do, To Read, To Print.
The hours I spend reading, researching, preparing, typing, writing, consuming caffeine to get myself through the process. My social life is dwindling, mainly because four days of the week are spent at uni, the other three I am usually working or studying, so leaving the house has recently become difficult.
And yet the rest of my life doesn’t stop. There are still magazines and books to read, DVDs and TV to watch, friends to talk to, coffee to drink, time for shopping, sleeping, eating drinking… Oh the joys of university life!
But soon I should be back on track, up to date with my work and my assessments nearing completion, I can only hope that I can remain truly organised and stress free.
